A massive concrete wall, topped with a coil of razor wire is all the citizens of the city can see of the prison. Inside this forbidding structure are hundreds of cells, including a block designed to hold super powered prisoners.

The centre of NCU is like a tiny city, with a food court, cinema, library and housing. The rest of the uni is filled with classrooms, lecture theatres and laboratories.

The largest museum for hundreds of kilometres. The museum is always filled with rare and valuable artefacts from across the globe. But remember, some of the displays are best left undisturbed.

Joe's is a business, which caters exclusively to people with some sort of power. It has a massive gym complex, including combat simulation areas, for the super powered who aren't billionaires, separate hero and villain changing rooms and the only bar in town that will serve people in costume.
There is a strict no fighting policy, which is followed by everyone who has seen what Joe does to those who start fights.
